The Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, is thrilled to announce the commencement of registrations for the seventh installment of the Mohammed bin Rashid Program for Leadership Development.

This initiative aims to nurture and elevate the leadership capabilities of determined Emirati leaders, preparing them for pivotal roles in steering strategic and transformative projects across the nation.

Embarking on a Year-long Journey

Registration for the program, open from May 21 to June 13, invites aspiring leaders to embark on a year-long journey of intensive training. Thirty selected participants from both the government and private sectors will undergo hands-on training facilitated by esteemed international institutions and universities. This immersive experience equips them with the necessary skills to spearhead change and innovation in their respective fields.

Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, head of the Executive Office of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, underscores the program's inspiration drawn from Sheikh Mohammed's visionary leadership. Al Gergawi emphasizes the program's focus on nurturing creative and forward-thinking leaders, armed with the tools to anticipate and navigate through challenges, ultimately propelling Dubai and the UAE to the forefront of global excellence.

Al Gergawi calls upon national leadership talents to seize the opportunities presented by the program, urging them to actively shape the future of the UAE. By participating in the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Development Program, leaders can contribute to devising innovative solutions to the diverse challenges facing humanity. The program targets the development of eight fundamental leadership capabilities, including strategic foresight, entrepreneurial thinking, and fostering diversity and participation. These pillars serve as the cornerstone of the Mohammed bin Rashid leadership framework, designed to cultivate a cadre of agile and innovative Emirati leaders ready to tackle the complexities of a rapidly evolving world.

Global Learning Experiences

Experiential learning is at the heart of the program's methodology, which is supported by global leadership science training excursions. By means of these immersive encounters, leaders can enhance their comprehension of leadership principles and best practices by gaining insights from a variety of cultures and views. The participants' job is to create initiatives that are transformative and in line with Dubai's strategic goals, then submit them to top leadership for review. With the help of these programs, leaders want to transform obstacles into chances and promote long-lasting, beneficial change in a number of industries.

Participants receive priceless mentorship chances from exclusive sessions with decision-makers, which further promotes an innovative and excellent leadership culture. Leaders contribute to the continuous process of growth by working together to shape plans, policies, and strategies. This ensures that Dubai and the UAE will have a prosperous and resilient future. The Mohammed bin Rashid Program for Leadership Development is a shining example of empowerment, fostering the next wave of forward-thinking leaders who will take Dubai and the UAE to new heights of international prominence.
