UAE Ministry of Health launches the “Easy Payment Plan” initiative for customers

The Ministry of Health and Community Protection unveiled its latest initiative, the “Easy Payment Plan,” designed to facilitate installment-based payment of service fees for customers using credit cards issued by eight local banks.

This initiative aims to enhance financial flexibility and convenience by offering customers easy payment options to manage their expenses more effectively.

Features of the “Easy Payment Plan”

Under the “Easy Payment Plan,” customers can split the Ministry’s service fees into manageable installments, utilizing credit cards issued by participating banks. The plan adheres to the terms and conditions set by the respective banks regarding profit rates, installment periods, and minimum payments. Customers can initiate the process by contacting the bank’s call center or utilizing available channels to request enrollment in the plan, ensuring a seamless experience.

This initiative aligns with the Ministry’s strategic objectives to embrace innovative financial solutions, leveraging technological advancements to enhance efficiency and transparency. By empowering customers to manage their financial commitments more efficiently, the ministry aims to elevate the overall quality of life and well-being within the community. His Excellency Abdullah Ahli, Acting Assistant Undersecretary for the Support Services Sector, emphasized the Ministry’s commitment to providing seamless services that blend innovation with efficiency, ensuring a positive and hassle-free experience for customers.

Amna Al Mandoos, Head of the Revenue Department, reiterated the Ministry’s dedication to simplifying customer interactions and enhancing service accessibility. The “Easy Payment Plan” initiative operates in collaboration with eight leading banks, including Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Commercial Bank of Dubai, Ajman Bank, Emirates Islamic Bank, Emirates NBD, Sharjah Islamic Bank, and Dubai Islamic Bank. This strategic partnership underscores our collective commitment to providing customers with flexible and convenient payment options to meet their evolving needs and preferences.
